Fap Autonoleggi hereby declares:

- that all its coaches possess a license for chartering, with driver, issued by the council concerned, together with all necessary renewals.

- that the vehicles are equipped with a tachometer in perfect working order as shown by the annual MOT test carried out by an authorised garage.

- that the buses are efficient and perfectly suitable for the purpose they are intended as shown by the annual MOT test.

- that the drivers possess the necessary type “D” driving licence and relative “K” certificate (qualification certificate) showing that the drivers are employed by the company and the rules relating to hours of driving and rest periods have been respected for the week preceding the day the bus is hired out.

- that the journey, apart from exceptional circumstances, has been organised in such a way that if the vehicle will be travelling for more than nine hours there will be two drivers aboard.
Alternate driving complies with the CEE rules 3280 of 20/12/85 which states that drivers must not drive for a period superior to four and a half hours at a time. Whenever the journey is expected to take less than nine hours, the driver will rest for not less than 45 minutes for every four and a half hours of travelling.

- that Insurance cover has been made with the Ras Insurance Company for the sum of
10,000,000.00 Euro (ten million Euro).
